On August, 4, 2014, Foreign Affairs published a piece by Americans for Artsakh (AFA) Executive Director, Mark Dietzen, entitled "Solving Nagorno-Karabakh." The publication emphasizes that the Nagorno Karabakh Republic must return to its seat at the negotiating table in talks to resolve its conflict with Azerbaijan.
